One Tapi rises as a fluid landmark along Tapi River in Surat, its sinuous silhouette inspired by the river’s organic contours. Soaring 70m across 14 floors, the tower houses 26 ultra-luxurious sky villas, each with exclusive entries. The curvilinear façade, wrap-around balconies & expansive sky decks dissolve boundaries between indoors & outdoors, offering uninterrupted views of the river & skyline.
Strategic orientation, floor-to-ceiling operable glazing & transparent façades on both sides maximize daylight & cross-ventilation, while curved corridors & double-height interiors extend the external fluidity within. The elevated podium levels integrate social clubs, pools, libraries & wellness facilities, fostering interaction while preserving privacy in residences above. Sustainability is embedded through landscaped terraces, passive shading & rooftop solar systems. At night, integrated façade lighting dramatizes the tower’s curves, etching it as a defining architectural icon of Surat.
