The complex of three structures embodies the idea of contemporary minimalism integrated into the natural landscape. The main building is a private residence of 250 sq.m, complemented by a bathhouse with separate staff rooms (150 sq.m) and a parking area for three cars.
The architectural solution is based on clean geometric forms, contrasting white surfaces with dark wood textures, large panoramic windows, and dynamic interplay of light and shadow. The spatial composition is designed to unify interior and exterior spaces: indoor areas transition seamlessly into open terraces and green zones. The simplicity of the forms is combined with functionality — each volume serves a distinct purpose, while together forming a harmonious architectural ensemble. The project reflects principles of comfort, privacy, and aesthetics, where architecture becomes part of the surrounding environment.
