About the project (provided by the applicant)
This cultural and recreational project comprises a children’s playground, several boutiques, an open-air theater space, and a museum. The primary aim of the design was to unify these diverse functions into a single coherent and legible spatial experience. To achieve this, we designed a pedestrian bridge that circulates around the entire complex, embracing and connecting all its components.
The bridge is conceived as a multifunctional element, suitable for both cycling and walking across all age groups, while also integrating seating areas to provide opportunities for rest during visits to the complex. In addition, we sought to emphasize the sense of arrival by designing a prominent, spacious, and clearly defined entrance that actively invites pedestrians into the site.
