The greenhouse is envisioned as a new attraction in Penza. The main idea of the project is to create a space where everyone can get acquainted with the nature of their native region, observe plants up close, and learn something new. The multifunctional complex connects the embankment with the historic buildings located at the intersection of Kuprina and Sbornaya Streets, creating a new tourist route.
The complex is designed to be engaging for families with children, young people, and tourists. The public building includes a greenhouse, a rope adventure park, a nature museum, a lecture hall, a café, and a mini-cinema showcasing auteur films. The building is divided into two main parts, connected by a bridge-greenhouse over Uritskogo Street, which also functions as a pedestrian crossing.
