Orillas House

About the project (provided by the applicant)
Set on the edge of a tranquil lake in Puertos del Lago, Escobar, this house was conceived as an inhabitable sculpture—an architecture shaped by movement, light, and landscape. Fluid curves in concrete and wood define its expressive identity, blurring the line between structure and art. The project unfolds across three levels: a ground floor that flows seamlessly into the outdoors; a second floor with two children’s suites and a guest room, all lake-facing; and a master suite crowning the top, offering panoramic views. A detached playroom with private access ensures autonomy within the family dynamic. The curved geometry not only responds to the organic context but invites an emotional experience of space—soft, continuous, alive. The house is more than shelter: it is a poetic dialogue with nature, where form, material, and place intertwine with quiet strength.
