The concept for transforming the lighthouse area envisions the creation of a glamping site with a restaurant, sauna, swimming pool, guest houses, parking for motorhomes, and equipment rental, which will be located in the lighthouse keeper’s house.
Currently, the area is not used for public purposes. The design zone includes ruined structures, the keeper’s house, and the lighthouse itself. The guest houses are proposed to be arranged in two rows: the first row, mainly oriented towards fishermen, is located lower; the second row is raised 7 meters to provide views of the bay. The restaurant is situated above the second row. The keeper’s house includes an open space for equipment storage and rental, a laundry, and a coffee point.
The Osinovetsky Lighthouse, located on the shore of Lake Ladoga, is not only an operational navigation facility but also an important element of the cultural heritage of the Leningrad Region.
