Category
Best Restoration or Reconstruction Project by Student
About the project (provided by the applicant)
“From the Sails of the Past to the Space of the Future” — a concept forming the foundation for the prospective development of the “Parusinka” district in Ivangorod. The historical framework, identified environmental values, and the focus on cultural heritage objects provide opportunities to unlock the area’s tourism potential. The main attraction is the factory complex, adapted into an “Innovation Center for the Preservation and Development of Restoration Technologies.” By combining scientific restoration methods with modern technologies, the project promotes cultural heritage and supports sustainable development in the preservation of historically significant sites.
