The All-Russian Children’s Center “Pechory” is an atypical educational organization located in a picturesque area with a rich history: Pskovo-Pechorsky Monastery, Izborsk, and others. The site, a pine forest on the lakeshore (111,069 sq.m), is located in a recreational zone. The project preserves the maximum number of trees and integrates organically into the landscape.
The camp includes everything necessary for year-round operation: checkpoint, medical center, an educational center connected by second-floor passages (classrooms, workshops), dormitory building (thematic groups), cultural and leisure center (dining hall, hall), and sports facilities (sports complex). Outdoor facilities include an amphitheater, bonfire area, and playgrounds.
The center implements educational, creative, and physical education programs. The dormitory features thematic group designs: “Slavichi,” “Craftsmen,” “Creators,” “Bogatyri,” “Patriots,” and “Masters.” Landscaping and navigation solutions are organized in a design reflecting a modern interpretation of ancient Russian heritage.
