About the project
Boris Yukhananov’s Pinocchio theatrical version of Andrey Vishnevsky’s play continues the fantastic story line set up in Blue Bird and Drillalia. The project comprises two plays – Pinocchio.Woods and Pinocchio.Theatre, where new procedurality is comingled with commedia dell'arte. All of the theatre actors, the chorus orchestrated by Arina Zvereva and the dancers create a spirit of a city square attraction as well as of a ‘pinomythology’ temple standing at the same spot.
