About the project
The house of 1,401 m2 has a multi-level layout. The central entrance is located between the socle and the ground floors, along with the stairs and the front hall, three large warehouses, and a guest bathroom. Private premises are at the top floors.
The swimming pool of 20 meters long and clad with travertine and marble tiling, as well as the bathhouse are located in the socle level. The sitting room and the diner are sited above them. Stairs are railed with engraved 3-layer glass, whereas floors are tiled with beige and green marble.
