About the project
The facade of the house features typical Art Deco design. Most of the surfaces are faced with water-resistant teak planks, as well as bespoke ceramic tiles. One of the building’s blocks is cylinder-shaped and finished with ceramic panels with floral design. The same design is used for the frieze which adorns the building's front part.
The pool and façade pylons are tiled with glass mosaic. Use of slate gray as the basement walls finish made it possible to dampen the vibrant colors above.
Openwork wrought iron elements of the balconies, staircases, terraces and the awning of the central entrance give a feel of visual lightness and a triumph of the classics.
