The project explores the search for a new function for the old gunpowder laboratory building in Lisiy Nos.
The main idea is to breathe new life into the abandoned building, transforming it into a modern space for creativity. The plan includes hosting events related to artistic activities. Since the building has already become an informal hub for street artists, the project focuses on supporting this community.
The space is intended for various events: workshops, exhibitions, concerts, film screenings, lectures, and other activities that attract people of all ages. Commercial areas will also be integrated into the multifunctional space.
The surrounding territory will be developed to create comfortable rest areas and public spaces for outdoor events near the Gulf of Finland.
