The polyclinic building is a five-story rectangular structure measuring 27 × 104 m. The above-ground part consists of 4 floors, and the underground part has one floor. The total height of the above-ground portion is 17.8 m, with floor heights of 3.6 m for above-ground levels and 3.3 m for the underground level.
The architectural design is based on simple geometric forms. The central hall, spanning all floors, serves as the compositional center of the building. Stained-glass glazing at the entrance creates a visual accent, contrasting with the main facade. The roof parapet gently slopes toward the center, ensuring architectural harmony with the surrounding buildings.
The color scheme highlights the entrance group and defines the building’s position within the residential quarter.
