About the project
This proposal is not just a library as you've always been thinking about it. It’s a multimedia center with coworking zones, private cozy reading capsules, a studio for creative workshops, a photo area, a VR site, an art hall, a playing room for kids, and books, of course.
The design site wasn’t too big, so squeezing in all of these was quite a challenge, but the designers managed it smoothly. At first, the site was so devastated that it was even scary. They had to demolish everything and do things from scratch. Now, you can come here to read a book – but also for a yoga class, an art exhibition, some VR experience, and there is also a 3D printer available.
