About the project (provided by the applicant)
The project is a 35-hectare post-industrial park created on a former industrial and warehouse site on Mitrofanyevskoye Highway. The park’s layout and zoning develop the existing collage-style land division and green framework of the site. Factory buildings and machinery are treated as valuable elements to be integrated into the natural environment. The park features a variety of spatial structures, both landscape and regular.
