Project
“Premium”: Architectural Landmark with River View
Category
Best Implemented Project of Residential or Mixed-Use Estate
About the project (provided by the applicant)
The “Premium” residential complex by KPLN Architectural Bureau consists of two 21-story towers rising on a shared stylobate. The towers have become a modern architectural landmark without compromising the key feature — panoramic views of the Serebryanka River and the dendropark.
Their visual expression is built on the harmony of contrasts: warm matte façades on the northern side, reminiscent of wood texture, effectively combine with the dynamic white wave-like forms on the southern side. This approach creates a complex visual pattern that changes depending on lighting and perspective, giving the complex a unique and memorable appearance.
“Premium” was shortlisted for the 100+ AWARDS 2025 in the category “Best Architectural Solution: Residential Building” and won 2nd place in the “Best Project of Moscow Region” architectural competition in the category “High-Rise Residential Property.”
