About the project
This house was designed for a site with challenging terrain. All the windows are located at the front facade in the south, as the back wall is embedded into the ground slope 1 meter deep. All the living rooms, as well as the bathroom of the master bedroom outlook the gorgeous hill in the woods.
The kitchen-diner with a gabled roof divides the house into the children’s and the adults’ areas. Two nurseries with a bathroom, two walk-in wardrobes, the laundry room, the kitchen, the closet, the sauna, and the study plus a master bedroom with a private bathroom and another walk-in wardrobe are located over the area of 244 sq. m. Moreover, there will be a bathhouse, a shelter for two cars, some utility premises, and an arbor with a BBQ zone.
