This project was created for an energetic and vibrant family for whom home is a source of emotions and inspiration.
Initially, the team worked with a White Box apartment, where it was necessary to develop a harmonious layout with minimal changes to the developer’s plan. Since the family loves to gather with friends, the heart of the apartment became the guest area — bright, airy, and filled with natural light.
The private zone includes a master bedroom and master bathroom. It was essential to provide ample storage systems despite the limited space and the walk-through character of the room. The solution was a glass walk-in wardrobe: transparent and lightweight, it accommodated everything needed while visually dividing the space.
One of the clients’ key requests was a hammam. On 100 sq. m it was possible to create a full steam room, seamlessly integrated into the concept of the master bathroom.
Prime Park is a project where the family’s character determined every detail and texture. The home becomes an extension of their personality, reflecting their energy and lifestyle.
