About the project
Project Saturn is a concept for a luxurious lake house for future consideration of proposing to a client in Pokhara, Nepal. Pokhara is one of the hot destinations for tourism. Pokhara resides on the shores of Fewa Taal. Taal is a Nepali word and means «lake».
This project is conceptualized & designed to fulfill 2 purposes at a time. For the client, it could be a family vacation home, and when they are not using their residence could be a luxurious rent-out.
Total site area of this conceptual design is 1400 square meter out of which the building will occupy 150 square meter & the rest of the spaces will be for recreational purposes. There will be 2 bedrooms with attached bathrooms, 1 large living room, 1 kitchen, 1 dining space and 1 one common bathroom. All the rooms will have a spectacular view of the lake. The outer space will have a large infinity pool carefully designed with lake view, patio with abundant sitting spaces & a fire place.

Smriti is practising Architecture in Nepal for last 6 Years and is the Founder & Principal Architect of Bellissimo Design International.
She has done projects for Government, Non-Government and International Development Agencies along with several private sectors and individual clients. She has completed a couple of large scale projects ranging from hospitals to hotels, mixed-used spaces to large agricultural complexes along with several residential and interior designs.
