About the project
The project is located in one of the most representative and fastest growing neighborhoods in the urban sprawl of Mexico City, Del Valle. On a 356 m2 plot of land, a building with 1495 m2 of consolidated construction was erected, mediating two 4-level blocks, divided by a large patio.
Given the growth of the area, the number of buildings and the wide range of apartments, the intention of the project was to create a building that would stand out from the other developments due to its design, as a project and commercial intention, it was sought that the 7 apartments of 146 m2 each, were different from each other, most of them have two floors, -and a distribution that allowed generating interesting interior spaces; some through the use of stairs, and others through the use of double heights.
