About the project (provided by the applicant)
The Trinity Bell Tower is a unique structure that combines features of Pskov civil and fortress architecture. It is the last major independent work of Pskov masters, created in the local architectural tradition. The exact date of construction of the existing Trinity Bell Tower, built into the eastern wall of the Kremlin, is unknown.

The bell tower is located on the steep left bank of the Pskova River within the eastern Kremlin wall. It has six tiers and three levels of crowning in the upper bell-ringing tier. Five of its tiers are arranged in the lower pillar-shaped section, which, with its solid volume and small loophole-like windows, resembles a square-plan tower. The fourth tier is the first bell-ringing level, where each side has two arched openings equipped with wooden beams for hanging bells at the springer level of the arches, and slightly higher with metal ties.
