About the project
This town is also a port, and its typology is unique. Alas, it possesses an enormously extensive potential which is hardly unlocked today. The author suggests using the town’s resources and opportunities to solve the current development challenges and to create the new image of Kronshtadt as a business and innovation landmark.
The designed public, business, and hotel center will have an access to the beautified waterfront. The awning over the building and the multifunctional premises in front of it is the highlight of the project. The walkthrough atrium is adjoined by office units, coworkings, and panoramic restaurants.
