About the project (provided by the applicant)
The main house of 1700 sq.m is complemented by a wing with a swimming pool, sports block, and technical rooms totaling 1000 sq.m. These two buildings are connected through a warm gallery on the second floor. Later, a wing with a garage and staff rooms covering 800 sq.m was designed and implemented on the property.
