About the project (provided by the applicant)
The project represents a complex of three functional buildings forming a sheltered inner courtyard. The functional distribution is as follows:
– Sports and public-business facilities
– Shops, gallery, and cinema halls
– Concert halls
The upper floors of each building, occupied by apartments, rise above the main volume. The pitched roofs of these superstructures add dynamism and a human scale to the composition, while their plastic form, reminiscent of a crescent, emphasizes the overall movement of the ensemble.
