About the project
The referee tower was built in 1988 for the 2nd All Soviet Union Youth Rowing Competition, designed by Yuri Kartsev and Sergey Kasatkin. Карцев и С.А. Касаткин. Till nowadays, it is one of the great examples of Russian Neo-Constructionism.
The designers from the GORA studio are positive that reconstructing and restarting this facility is of great importance for the city.
