This project transforms an old pizza restaurant into a modern real estate office. Upon ascending the entrance staircase, a linear light guides visitors directly to the reception opposite the stairs. Workspaces are separated by transparent glass partitions, maintaining openness and privacy; the transparency symbolizes clarity and honesty in real estate transactions. A café-bar for staff and clients creates a welcoming, relaxed spot. The design turns the former eatery into a functional, contemporary, and engaging workspace.
