About the project
The facility stands at the aquiferous slope with streams and various plants. It comprises five warehousing facilities dating back to the 19^th century, listed by the state and lying in ruins.
The designer suggests dividing this site in two – the public space will comprise an exhibition facility, a restaurant, commercial premises, offices, recreation sites, viewing platforms, and a park. The 2^nd section will be used to locate a SPA, a fitness house, and a hotel.
The project complies with all the restrictions in effect at the site and offers renovation of the site, arrangement of comfortable modern facilities and retaining of the natural landscape and the listed building.
