About the project (provided by the applicant)
The Postgraduate Center is an academic building located in the San Telmo neighborhood. Surrounded by a consolidated network, the Faculty of Engineering and the buildings of the Ministry of Agriculture.

With the intention of developing and studying the typology in depth, the project seeks to generate a new public space in the area, giving up a square to the city and burying part of the proposed program.

The volume over the square generates a beacon for the neighborhood, and a meeting space for neighbors, students and users of the project itself.

The building seeks to be a new architectural piece that contributes to the revaluation of public space, generating a new green lung. Reactivating the area with relevance at an urban level.
