About the project
This two-storey residence stands in the historical district of St. Petersburg. The rich architectural tradition of this place found its reflection in the composition, the finishing of the facades, and the decorations.
The manor comprises a two-storey living block and a one-storey swimming pool facility, connected with a small winter garden. The compositional dominant is the tower – there is a study that outlooks the Gulf of Finland and has access to flat roofs.
