The design of the microdistrict in the Moskovsky District is based on transforming the existing Soviet planning structure into a comfortable, human-oriented environment. The transport framework develops existing road directions, providing sufficient driveways with guest parking, while inner courtyards are organized as spaces protected from through traffic.
For detailed design, a central group of ten sections was selected, including meridional, latitudinal, and corner configurations. Architectural form-making is based on a stepped system of viewing verandas grouped within individual sections. During the development of spatial planning solutions, a two-story apartment with access to a private terrace was created. The project fully complies with the established height regulations.
