Project
Multifunctional Multi-Storey Residential Building “MODYLOR”

Category
Best Project of Building or Facility by Student

About the project (provided by the applicant)
The architectural concept of the building is based on the idea of modularity as the primary element of the future. Each floor is an autonomous spatial block; together, they form a flexible vertical system capable of changing its appearance depending on context and time. The repeating “capsules” are offset relative to each other, creating a dynamic silhouette and a sense of frozen motion. Smooth horizontal bands and rounded corners set the rhythm and give softness to the form, turning repetition into a musical variation.

Here, modularity is not mechanical but organic: the modules can expand, merge, and transform along with the lives of the residents. In this way, the architecture rejects the status of a finished form, remaining open to the future and personal scenarios. In the urban panorama, the building is perceived as a vertical constructor — a metaphor for a society in which unique combinations of equal elements create a distinctive appearance.
