About the project
The development is located in the newly designed district at the premises of the ex Okhta Gunpowder Plant. During design special focus was on green pedestrian walkways, car traffic reduction, preservation of existing trees and plants, as well as on keeping the identity and context of the site. The designed development is a comfort class house. Its symmetric composition is complemented with towers, rising high above the other facilities.
Architectural and color solutions of the facades refer to Brutalism and Soviet industrial design.
