The project is a modern residential complex consisting of an extended multi-section building that gradually transitions into standalone single-section houses.
The architecture of the multi-section building is based on several key techniques:
- Truncation of volumes and forms
- Contrasting combination of materials on the façades
- Unification of the ground floors with brickwork, which becomes the dominant material in one of the sections
The project creates a contemporary living environment focused on comfort and coziness for residents. The combination of textured brick and smooth white panels, along with the complex geometry of the façades, gives the building a dynamic and expressive appearance.
