About the project (provided by the applicant)
The residential complex is located in Yekaterinburg on Shcherbakova Street, near Krasnaya Gorka Street, close to the Nizhne-Isetskoye Reservoir and the River Park residential complex. This modern complex features a unique stepped structure with five floors. The architectural solution creates a harmonious combination of comfort and aesthetics, where every element is carefully thought out. The complex offers a wide range of apartments, from cozy one-bedroom units to spacious three-bedroom apartments. Particularly valuable are the duplex apartments, which provide additional opportunities for creating unique living spaces. The landscaping concept is implemented at a high level thanks to the thoughtful organization of space. A premium lounge area with panoramic city views is arranged on the rooftop. Atriums with private green gardens create a cozy and peaceful atmosphere, allowing residents to enjoy nature throughout the year.
