About the project (provided by the applicant)
The project includes the construction of a wellness centre on the bank of the Don River. The centre's minimalist design helps visitors to concentrate on their health and take a break from the usual hustle and bustle. The building is divided into 5 functional zones: an administration block, a treatment area, a swimming pool area, coffee shops on the first floor and an open-air terrace. The first floor forms an atrium, allowing natural light to flood the indoor spaces. Thanks to the indoor part of the pool, the centre can operate year-round.
