A yacht gliding across the waves of the Gulf of Finland — this is the image brought to life in this compact apartment.
Every detail is crafted with jeweler-like precision, and every centimeter serves a purpose. Within just 40 square meters, we managed to accommodate all essential elements and functional zones: an entrance hall, living room, kitchen, dining area, bedroom, home office area (with a pull-out desk). Spacious storage systems are seamlessly integrated into the architecture of the space.
The interior features golden wood finishes and sea-wave-colored enamel. Black lines on the panel cladding echo the horizon and enhance the presence of sunlit wood textures.
Completing the ambiance are the sounds of the surf and the gentle whisper of leaves — all you have to do is open the balcony door to let them in.
