About the project
In the belief that urban regeneration passes through the lifestyle of the inhabitants, the project ROGO/RE-DO! wants to create a stimulating urban environment, where city life takes place in connection with nature and where the road network is slow. The green permeates the entire project, with the presence of large areas of green facilities, a tree-lined avenue for pedestrians and cyclists and a large park to the north. A barrier consisting of tall trees is installed on the edge of the area to reduce the visual and acoustic impact due to the proximity of the railroad tracks. To obtain an urban area rich in functional and social mixité, six crosslam timber residential towers stand on continuous urban fronts dedicated to services and common areas of co-housing and student residences.
