Project
Multifamily Residential Development in Romanovka
Category
Best Project of Residential or Mixed-Use Estate
About the project (provided by the applicant)
The project envisions the construction of residential blocks on a 45-hectare site. The planned development consists of grouped residential buildings of two typologies: urban villas and low-rise sectional buildings.
The façade design incorporates brickwork along with accent elements using colored metal panels in a ventilated façade system. Inner courtyards create a safe zone for children following the “car-free yards” principle, while the layout allows visual lines from first-line apartments toward the recreational areas of the neighborhood. The landscaping adopts a Suprematist style, supporting the geometric language of the buildings.
