The architectural and artistic lighting of the Rostelecom headquarters in St. Petersburg, the legal address of the entire company, was created to establish a harmonious dialogue between modernity and historical heritage. The project goes far beyond functional illumination, transforming the building into a landmark of the urban nightscape.
The nighttime image of the building is carefully designed to delicately highlight its unique architectural forms, details, and façade plasticity, revealing a new perception of a familiar landmark. The lighting solution addresses multiple key tasks: ensuring safety and comfortable orientation in the space, visually emphasizing a significant public building to create a recognizable image, and forming an aesthetic and festive atmosphere.
As an important point on the map of night St. Petersburg, the project contributes to enhancing the city’s tourist appeal while demonstrating a respectful and innovative approach to lighting historical buildings.
