About the project
The designed facility outlooks the Okhta River. The author made sure there is access to the pedestrian boulevard and the street with a pavement. The building comprises three volumes that are connected with a glazed gallery at the 2nd floor.

There a hypermarket, an exhibition center, some offices, a shopping mall, a coffee shop, a restaurant, a movie theater, a library, and administrative premises. The flat roof is designed as a recreation spot.
