About the project (provided by the applicant)
This 95 sq.m apartment was designed for a young family with two children. The layout balances privacy and openness: the spacious kitchen-living area serves as the central gathering space, the children’s room is a functional and cozy area for play and rest, and the master suite includes a bedroom, walk-in closet, and bathroom. Additionally, there is a guest bathroom and a separate common wardrobe.
The interior emphasizes tactile natural materials — wood, linen, stone — and a calm color palette that creates a cozy and harmonious atmosphere. Accents in the form of textured surfaces and contrasting details add expressiveness without compromising the overall minimalism. The apartment reflects a philosophy of comfortable minimalism: every element is functional, aesthetics follow human scale, and the interior serves as a natural backdrop for family life.
