Best Design Project for Library
About the project (provided by the applicant)
The library of Sberbank Corporate University is a repository of unique publications and a hub for passionate learners. Designed to meet the highest modern standards, the interior incorporates innovative solutions.
Books are placed everywhere — along the walls, in the multi-level atrium, and in suspended bookshelves, demonstrating that knowledge is always within reach. Shelves positioned on different levels create a unique atmosphere, reminiscent of an amphitheater where readers enjoy books and relax comfortably. Multi-level lighting allows adjustment of illumination depending on the activity.
Circular portals integrated into the shelves enable readers to glimpse the next rows of books, visually expanding the space and enhancing the sense of openness.
At the same time, the library remains multifunctional, easily transforming for various formats such as lectures, seminars, broadcasts, and other educational activities.
