Construction of the “Happiness in Tyumen” residential complex began in 2020. Five residential buildings and two above-ground parking structures form two car-free courtyards and are unified by a continuous line of commercial spaces along Profsoyuznaya Street.
The variation in building heights and placement on the site created a multifaceted street frontage along Profsoyuznaya Street. The modular façade structure with double-height floors makes the buildings proportionate to both people and the street. This design allows apartments to feature large corner windows, while open balconies and accents on the upper floors of each building unify the volumes into a cohesive composition.
The streets surrounding the complex have modern landscaping, and the commercial spaces on the ground floors activate the street life. The project features a multi-level courtyard: two large spaces are located at ground level between building sections, while two more private and quiet areas occupy the usable roofs of the parking structures, accessible from the residential sections.
