The proposed residential complex is located in the Leningrad Region, in the Sverdlovo urban settlement, on the bank of the Neva River. The planning solutions are based on the form of a crystalline ice lattice, symbolizing the natural features of the northern climate — cold and severe. The exterior of the complex is imbued with winter motifs. The contour of the façade references iceberg shapes, and the end façades are designed at a negative angle.
An integrated kindergarten occupies a dedicated volume with a double-height hall. The building represents a complex, multi-level volume. The radial layout of the sections provides most apartments with a view of the Neva while forming a courtyard space sheltered from the wind.
The ground floors house integrated facilities, including a general medical practice center and a preschool.
