In this project, the space is viewed through the prism of dialogue between the reader and the book, the cultural center and the library as focal points for residents, as well as dialogue between historical eras and different generations.
Thus, the design project of Selivanovsky Cultural Center not only preserves the historical identity of the building but also adapts it for contemporary functions, creating a new multifunctional space for leisure of residents and visitors of the settlement.
