The architectural and planning solution focuses on the efficient use of the site. The project includes the creation of a rich “green framework” and dedicated recreational zones. The variation in the heights of the mid-rise buildings creates an interesting silhouette and an attractive environment for residents. The layout allows for diverse perspectives and viewing points.
The building consists of 9 sections, each approximately 20×16 m. The height of the building varies from 12.5 to 18.5 meters. The first floor of each section includes a lobby with a stroller storage area and a non-residential space, intended for coworking or retail purposes.
