About the project
The author suggests to revitalize an existing building and establish an inclusive public center, offering cultural, enlightment and training agenda to all the citizens, including the disabled ones. Here, people will get a chance of using all their senses to explore the world. There will be an exhibition venue, a theatre and concert hall, multimedia playing grounds, immersive simulators, workshop studios, recording studios, a library, a coworking, a technology hub etc.
