Museum and Temple Complex

About the project (provided by the applicant)
The city of Severodvinsk is known as the capital of Russia’s nuclear submarine fleet. The project envisions a park featuring a memorial church dedicated to submariners and a museum of submarine shipbuilding history. The church serves as the central and most significant element of the park. Its eastern façade faces the city, terminating one of Severodvinsk’s main thoroughfares — Lomonosov Street.

The creation of the museum and temple complex will provide the city with a new urban landmark — the memorial church, a museum celebrating the achievements of submarine engineering, and a memorial park honoring Russia’s naval glory.
