Sheron Residence is a premium multifunctional residential complex in the eastern part of Tashkent, near Yangi Uzbekistan Park. Covering 38 hectares with over 50,000 sq.m of built-up area, the project implements the concept of a “garden city,” where housing is harmoniously integrated into the natural landscape and infrastructure.
The complex includes a cottage town with sports and spa centers, apartments with a kindergarten, school, and commercial spaces, a business center, cultural facilities, a teahouse, a guzar, and a banquet hall. The architecture combines modern style with national motifs, using natural materials, green roofs, and extensive landscaping. Over 10 hectares are allocated for parks, boulevards, playgrounds, and recreational zones. Security, video surveillance, and access control systems ensure privacy and safety.
Sheron Residence creates a new quality of urban environment, combining comfort, tradition, and ecological sustainability.
