The golf resort includes a 24-hole golf course, a clubhouse, a Golf Academy, an aquathermal complex, a 5-star hotel with a wellness center, and low-rise hotel buildings.
The Golf Academy building is single-story and curved in plan. The central zone includes a lobby with reception, a shop, and a café with access to a covered terrace. To the left are administrative spaces and eight covered golf practice areas. To the right are general and individual fitness rooms, a children’s area, and changing rooms for visitors.
The clubhouse has an elongated rectangular form with one rounded façade. The main entrance is on the second floor, with vehicle access via a ramp and a separate ramp for golf carts.
The aquathermal complex is irregularly horseshoe-shaped, housing a foyer, changing rooms with showers, a covered area with children’s and adult pools, saunas, baths, and open terraces.
